THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels throughout my life, and I can say without hesitation that this was the single most degrading customer service experience I have ever endured. Throughout my stay, every interaction with staff felt like pulling teeth. The final insult came at checkout when I attempted to speak with management about my experience. I was told the manager was “unavailable” despite clearly seeing him chatting casually behind the desk. My concerns were met with complete indifference. A hotel can recover from a minor inconvenience or a facilities issue. What cannot be forgiven is making your guests feel unwelcome, disrespected, and utterly invisible. The staff at this establishment have clearly never been trained in basic hospital

I have to say the other reviews are pretty accurate and in a world where 3/5 is "totally fine" I agree with them. However, we kinda live in a world where if you rate an uber driver less than 5 stars it's a killer.||On the outside the motel doesn't look great, but I was only staying for one night so as long as it was safe and clean I didn't really care. Once I opened the door to my room I was pleasantly surprised. I don't know when the owners renovated, but they clearly did SEMI-recently and it's held up nicely. ||The bed wasn't amazing, but it was fine and I slept just fine. I think the sheets were square though, which is odd since a bed is rectangular. A really minor quirk, but strange to me.||The AC worked well, the wifi was totally fine and working. Positive: "" Negative: Shower head was horrible and the staff said I couldn't have guest. I understand that there are women of the night who stay in rooms in that area and do what they do but I am not one of them and shouldn't have been treated as such.

Our family arrived at 2/13 late around 23:00 PM, the lady at reception told us that only left one bed room, however we booked 2 bed room for 4 people through KKDay, not sure whether they oversold the room due to Valentine’s Day. Anyway, cannot sleep 4 people in one bed room so we gave up and pay double amount for another nearby motel, and till now still cannot get refund from them, too bad experience and this was our first day of US vacation, totally no mood to start our holiday, suggest not to stay this hotel!!

Positive: I liked it when I left. Negative: No hot water, sheets with stains, hair everywhere (not mine), mean woman who is at the desk. Stupid $60 cash deposit, no ATM - did I say no hot water?
