Carolinian Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach

I have stayed here many times and always have an amazing time. Currently in 1932 and it’s gorgeous! 2 queen beds in the first room and a king in the oceanfront bedroom. The staff is Amazing like always. The only bad I can say is there is NO indoor pool or indoor hot tub. There are 2 pools a hot tub and lazy river. It’s a fantastic place to stay.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!||When we first arrived we were harassed buy staff because of my daughters service dog! I was escorted to the front Desk to register the dog! Please keep in mind I travel a lot I have never experienced this!! The hotel management shouted across the lobby that I needed to come register my service dog!!||Then when we get into this so called studio apartment. It a regular hotel room! Pool side my a** the pool was right in front of my room, kids screaming, and talking about farting in the pool, so that was a no go for me! The tub was horrible we had to wear shower shoes in the tub, they kept a tally of the towels we had! Refused to give my daughter 2 wash clothes in the morning because they said we still had 2 beach towels in our room! Come to find out we had 3 because

I had a really bad experience with a front desk staff member about the PIN code not working for the garage. There was however a super sweet older woman in charge of cleaning the elevator area who was always very friendly towards our family each time we crossed paths. The pools and jacuzzi are nice and the hotel is located right on the beach. I can't speak on behalf of the room we stayed in as a Vacasa room as we stayed in a room run through Air B&B, but the property itself was fairly clean and easy to access via car or on foot.

The front desk hostesses were very pleasant and helpful. The odor of damp and mold was evident when you stepped off the elevator. The key pad was used and abused, every time i tried the code it took me 3-4 tries before i got into the room. The sliding glass door hasn’t been cleaned in months, the handle to the door was broken, the bathroom door didn’t open properly because the shower curtain was bowed and prevented it from opening, the closet doors were on the floor not operating, the AC unit was on 62 and blasting upon my first entry and i turned it up to 65 to sleep and in the morning the unit was barely circulating cool air into the room. There were no directions on how to use the TV and cable, the coffee pot was a 12 cup pot. For the past 10 years all other hotels have the single K

Great location to local attractions. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable. We only spent one night so we didn’t get to use the pool. Our teens did go to the gym and they said it had be wet thing needed.
