New owner's now. But I left my room 1/6/2021 few days hang out with my friend. I was pay up till February 3rd 2021. While I was gone they pack my stuff up. And rent my room to someone else. Didn't refund me any my money back. They water sucks and keep going out and they have roaches and sex offenders there.. don't stay here..

Bug infested with roaches everywhere the septic system is all dug up in the backyard and is gross there's another septic system on the other side of the property or holding tank and that is full and sewage is coming out of thatand sewage backs up in your room by coming out of the shower the landlord is a complete liar keep saying the place is going to get remodeled the owner only cares about one thing is collecting $300 a week to get one little room there and there's maybe one or two outlets in the whole room for electricity the player the place is a fire nimmmmm

This place is a health code violation, or more accurately: thousands of Health code violations! There were bed bugs, hundreds of different species of cockroaches, and cardboard/plywood over the windows! The man that checked me in, gave me a bottle of pesticide, and told me that I may need to spray for bugs! Upon check-in, I noticed thousands of roaches scattering as soon as lights were turned on. The only reason I even went further inside, was to take photographs so that others can see the condition of this Motel. I was a victim during Hurricane Michael in North Florida on October 11th 2018, suffering a total loss on my home. Well this is the worse place I stayed at. The owner is a drug addict with a gambling problem. He lies , steals and all the rooms are very nasty . The guy in room 8 who is a sex predator cleans the rooms but he just makes the beds back up instead of putting clean sheets on the bed. The sewage is being pumped out into the woods behind 11. The water is brown when it comes out cold . He will steal ur stuff if u have anything nice. At night he walks around peaking in to the windows . When u leave ur room to go out if he feels like it he will go into ur room looking threw ur stuff and must of the people who are there are drug dealers . Where can I start the owner jim lu is on probation for credit card fraud. Just this last year he has been arrested 4 times . He does dope and lies and steal. He has 2 stolen black mopads bike in back behind 8 that belong to someone that rented a room. In rooms 1. 2. 3. And 15 has bedbugs and roaches on top of that he drain sewage out into the woods behind 11 and has been reported and he keeps doing it. The mattresses that are in all the rooms come from the dumpsters. At night he gets high and walks around looking into rooms where people sleep and takes things from people and then tries to say it's his and u stole it. All in all I wouldn't want my worst enemy stay there so please find somewhere else to stay ca it se if u stay there u might get bedbugs or a drug dealer might break
