Canyon Haus by All Seasons Resort Lodging

Quiet clean compact room at a fair price. Everything worked, and the way they fit all that stuff in there is pretty neat. Walk to the lifts was about 100 yards uphill, not too bad but I would say that's the only downside. Everyone was nice here, parking was available and convenient.

Good location, good price (take in mind the city and the season), good service (they took care of our luggage before check in and after check out). Just for say something, it would be nice if they clean the room at least one during a stay, but honestly, not even hotels are doing that nowadays. Oh btw, the room was perfectly clean when we arrive, everything looks new and in great condition.

We enjoyed the stay for the most part. Rooms/decor do seem to be cheaply made, but everything worked for our trip. And it’s a relatively inexpensive option near the slopes. The biggest drawback - and nobody yet has responded or offered compensation - is that the hotel tub was out of service and we were not notified of that until arrival. It wasn’t posted on the Expedia booking or on the website for the resort itself.

On our final night, spiders crawled on us in the bed while we were sleeping. Management dismissed the concern and offered no resolution. Besides that, no coffee pods for the coffee machine are provided or sold anywhere nearby. TV was not working, the steam room doesn't look tidy, the hot tub was out of service, the heated pool was pretty cold, and there was no teapot in the room. I do not recommend this hotel, even though location was great.

The thing that struck me most was the additional charge of $45 resort fee per day AFTER we have checked out. Did not even realize that wasn't in the package. beware.
