Customer Reviews
Best showers we’ve ever had at a campground! With towels for drying, mats and soap and shampoo provided! Near the highway with some train and vehicle noise at night, but no train whistles until morning. Helpful staff onsite. Recycle available!
We had a terrible experience during our stay. The first camper had no working A/C in 90+ degree heat. The second camper had a dead mouse and droppings. The third unit we were moved to wasn't at all what we reserved. At this point, we had already wasted hours packing, unpacking, and being shuffled around.|We asked the front desk for a refund, but were told we had to go through Hotels.com. Hotels.com has since reached out to the resort manager, but they’re refusing to approve the refund, despite all the issues we faced.|Extremely disappointed with the lack of care and cleanliness. I would never stay here again, and I highly recommend others look elsewhere.
When it came to staying here our experience was really positive however there are two things that I'm hoping that they'd be able to fix in order for us to revisit in the future. I'm hoping that they can have their cleaning stuff make sure that their coffee pots are cleaned out, I loved that they provided a package that included everything for coffee however when it came to making it, I noticed the tank of the coffee pot was very unclean and aside from that there was a slight mold smell in the unit and I had a hard time sleeping due to being super sensitive to mold. The prices were reasonable for the accommodations we were needing, and it was close to the highway which made everything around us accessible.
We stopped in a 2 bed RV for 2 nights in August. On arrival the 2 ladies in reception were lovely and helpful, answered all our questions, the RV seemed great for 2 nights, big enough for a family of 5 as we were planning on being out and about and just using the RV as a base for night-time. |The RV though nice is definitely in need of modernising, there were dog hairs on the sofa and dining area, also in the carpet, which wasn't the nicest to see. The Air con though a bit noisy worked fine and kept us cool. The BBQ outside was nice to use 1 of the nights.|The toilet/shower block were nice and clean, we used them each day and there was never anyone else in them.|The speakers outside the RV didn't work properly and the TV was a bit temperamental, but we weren't there enough for that to be a
What a fantastic campground! Very clean both inside and outside, very well maintained!! The laundry room had good washers and dryers, the bathroom/showers were very clean. The sites were nice and well spaced. Right across the street from the Grand Canyon Railroad Depot for the ride to the south rim. Loved the place!
