The location of the hotel was in a great spot and clean. Once I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by a young lady named Ivey. She was very helpful and took care of all the guest that came in before me. The hotel was clean and homey. My kids loved the experience as well. It was only one little thing. I've stayed at plenty hotels and I know about the towels situation, but as receiving extra towels from Ivey there was another young lady named Brandy (as was told to me she is head housekeeper) that was very rude about the other lady giving me extra linen. Brandy talked real rudely to the front desk lady (Ivey) about how much to give me. As much money we paid for one night and plus I had my kids (all girls) with me Brandy should have understood. Great value, friendly staff who gave us local tips. The room has a full mini kitchen and stocked with containers, a strainer, etc. We were in and out too quick to enjoy but it'd be a good hotel if you wanted to prepare food in the room. Not super spacious but enough room to make it work. The staff were also accommodating with requests. We'd stay again!

What a gem of a find!! While doing renovation work on our son’s house, we needed a place to stay. Painters arrived early so we came to this lovely hotel, hoping we’d be able to check in early. Omar and Cameron greeted us with smiles as soon as we walked in! Great customer service, which is so hard to find nowadays!!! They gladly accommodated our early check in! Thank you Cameron and Omar for a wonderful experience!

The hotel was brand new and beautiful. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. However, because it was brand new (6 days open), the water tasted "moldy." I noticed it when brushing my teeth. I didn't want to give it to my dog. We also booked an ADA compliant room. We had a walk-in shower, but the toilet was too low for my octegenarian mom. Another note: the address is Mundy Mill Drive, but the entrance is not on that road... tough to find the entrance on a dark January night. The parking lot was dark near the handicap parking, which made it hard for my mom to exit the car with confidence. The people at the desk were wonderful.

had a great stay at Candlewood Suites. The price was very reasonable, especially for the quality and comfort they offer. I also really appreciated how dog friendly the hotel is, it made traveling with my pet stress free. Clean rooms, comfortable stay, and great value overall. I would definitely stay here again.
