Best Western Plus Lake Lanier Gainesville Hotel & Suites

Positive: The hotel staff was awesome. The breakfast was excellent. The fresh eggs and sausages were awesome specially the eggs. The cleaning crew was spot on. Highly recommend Negative: Nothing

Very nice hotel with great staff. Bed was very comfortable . Breakfast was nice. The room was clean.It was easy to find. Staff was helpful in sharing ideas of places to visit and see.

Absolutely delicious complimentary breakfast! The woman in the kitchen was very friendly and on top of replacing food items. The man at the front desk remembered my name the next day, and he was also very personable and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. I liked the pullout couch and the fancy furniture. There was plenty of room for our two children while I baby sat and cooked tortillas in the provided microwave.

Such a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. I stayed in Room 317. I didn't have any cash on me and was hoping to add a tip to my room bill, but unfortunately, the system didn't allow it. However, the housekeeping team provided outstanding service and deserves to be recognized for their hard work!

I’m a regular at this best western,and let me tell you the staff is always friendly and helpful,one person in particular shines above the rest to me,Demi at the front desk has made me feel welcomed and apart of the family here.When i travel i get really home sick,with the exception of this hotel, thank you much Demi. Also some honorable mentions are Miguel the janitor,and Michael in the front desk as well. Well recommended.
