Camp Miramichee Falls

The cabin at Miramichee Falls was so beautiful. We loved the old stone walls and floor. Such a beautiful peaceful place to spend relaxing by the creek. (The burn ban prevented us from having a fire BUT we were still able to really enjoy our time away on deck and swing by the creek). Super comfy bed too!! The kitchen had everything we needed. And we loved the big full fridge. We floated the South Fork of the Spring River. Rocky’s crew at Spring River Camp & Canoe picked us up right at our cabin!!!! They drove us up river about 5 miles so we could float back to our cabin. THAT WAS SO AWESOME!!! Call them for your kayaking experience!! The South Fork was completely beautiful. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these cabins! Lynn and Jay have done an amazing job at restoring these historic cabins into exceptional getaway destinations. The historic loft cabin was perfect for 2 of us. And the river cabin was perfect when four of us had a girls' weekend. Evenings around a campfire with the sounds of the falls can't be beat! And Jay and Lynn were the best hosts - meeting us as we arrived, doing a walkthrough to make sure we had all we needed, providing shuttle service for kayaking, and just ensuring our stay was free of problems. Highly recommend!

I have been a guest at this wonderful place twice now. Lynn and Jay do a fantastic job hosting and made sure that my friends and I were comfortable. The cabins are beautiful and really enjoyed seeing the relics from the former camp there as I was a former camper myself. The sounds of the river come through loud and clear and the river view cabin but the sweet renovations done to the original cabins up on the hill are amazing. The very comfortable beds and amenities will bring me back again.

Miramichee Falls is a favorite place to stay. Hosts were wonderful. They checked to see if we needed anything. The River House was clean and supplies readily available. We also rented kayak's from them and drop off an pick up was flawless. The deck overlooking the river was my favorite spot. There is nothing more relaxing then then the sound of moving water. We will rent again!

If I could choose no stars I would, Jay was one of the worst people I’ve met in my life his energy is off he narcissistic and very awkward. He threatened us with not getting our money back when we never stepped foot in the cabin in the first place. We drove four hours had this trip planned for over two weeks and as soon as we pull up, he turns us away. There was two extra people.” we asked if we could pay him more money. He was not having it. He must stick to his rules. he turned us away and ruined our vacation, we even asked if two of us could go to a hotel room would that help and it obviously didn’t I do not support nobody that has guys character/ personality he’s a weirdo And I bet he’s a watcher has that cameras all up in there. This man is evil. He don’t care about nobody but himself
