Calm Waters Bay

Clean and cozy! Had a great pontoon ride. Watched a night hawk migration on the lake... was very cool! Easy access to parks and trails in the area.

We had a very nice week at Calm Waters Bay. The cabins are updated, neat, clean, and well supplied. The area is very quiet, and right on the water. This was our second year at Calm Waters and the owners have been great to work with. We already have our reservations in for next year.

Great, relaxing experience. We decided to take a last minute, holiday weekend drive up to the northwoods. We were very happy with finding "Goliath" at Calm Waters Bay. It was perfect for 3 adults and 2 dogs. Even though it is just off a fairly busy county highway, you barely noticed traffic noise. Being in a hidden bay, there wasn't the noise of boats and jet skis buzzing about. Just peace and quite. It was also nice having the rentable pontoon available for us to fish a litttle, cruise the chain and simply enjoy the water. Amanda was very easy to communicate with and everything was as described. There is also a 2 screen drive in theatre just down the road and you are just 4 minutes away from down town Chetek and about 15 mile from Rice Lake. Great dog parks in the area as well. 3 of them

We had a wonderful stay at calm waters bay. I would recommend to those that want reasonably priced cabin stay with your family.
