Bless their hearts the people running the place do their best but the park needs help. Never did find the Creek, highway very noisy. WiFi didn’t work. Septic hookup right on top of water faucet, which leaked. Longtime renters need to clean up their areas and tall sign needs to be lit at night, we had a hard time finding it when we came back from dinner. Rate is high for what we actually got.

We have lived here for over three years. It is usualy a quiet and peaceful place. The owners Mom was here in the office every day until health problems arose but she is back now. She wants the samething we do a quiet peaceful park and as far as I'm concerned we have that. Some reviews have stated we were all meth heads but as a retired pastor I highly resent that. Every place I have ever lived can and do get bad people in the neighborhood or apartments or rv park, unfortunately that is a part of the world we live in. The management here has always worked to keep this place safe, my grandsons play here all the time without us being to concerned. I have no problem recomending Creekside RV.

There is no 'Creekside Rv' Park, hasn't been that name in over 3 years. It was purchased 3 yes ago and completely renovated as well as renamed Alvord Oaks RV Park. Clean, neat, well organized, safe, under new managment,, facilities revamped, video surveillance 24hrs a day, safest Rv Park in texas, loved it.

This place has potential to be a nice place with the right ownership, unfortunately current ownership is lacking. We were there for around 3 months. There were several questionable people staying there, One couple was arrested for possession of meth, she was released, and management decided not to evict them after telling people in the park they were going to, because they owed several months worth of rent, instead of cutting their losses. The same couple played very loud music til all hours of the night and had dogs that ran loose all over the park and yapped all night, along with other dogs, even though there was a posted quiet time. When management was asked if anything could be done, their response was, I'm not the owner so I can't do anything, but the owners were never around and the

Worst place ever. This place is out of a horror movie with really sketchy people in thier. The spot he gave us was the worst it was really washout and you couldnt park a camper. Name of it is creek side but thier is no creek. Campers that was there only reason they stay is because the are broke down built with plywood and elmers glue. would not recommend anyone to stay unless your hiding from the cops. Go to A+ Rv and camping alot more respectful place. Only good thing about it thoes is they gave us our money back.
