Alvord Oaks RV Park

I have been here a month now. The neighbors are quiet, plenty of shade trees all around. Individual shower and toilet facilities, free laundry! That saves me at least $10 a week laundromats are expensive. The owner/property manager do a great job with keeping up with the place. If a washer/dryer goes down, it gets repaired or replaced asap. They have been trimming trees, cleaning fence line, fixing drainage/runoff issues, repairing water lines and even working to increase WiFi connection and speeds to keep up with the demand. Good job yall!

The staff was nice and helpful. It’s a cheap place to rest your head for the night so free laundry seemed pretty crazy. We ended up staying in a site that was basically just on the gravel road that loops the park. no picnic table so we didn’t get to cook on our black stone. although, they did have a nice bath house with both a shower room and a bathtub room. i’ve never been to a park with a bathtub and i almost did it since i can’t remember the last time i had a bath lol. if you’re wondering about the laundry it was like only 1 washer and 1 dryer worked. the laundry room was kind of grimy and i don’t think the washer that worked spun our clothes. I ended up having to hang up most of our clothes in our rig to let them dry over like two days… but FREE LAUNDRY.

Alvord oaks rv park is a great place to live. The owner and his right hand man go above and beyond to make sure their residents are satisfied. I give this place a 10 out of 10.

It's a quiet place to make a home.They're very helpful and understanding.Good people.The restrooms and laundry facilities are very wonderful to be able to use.Very thankful.An everyone I have met that lives here is very nice.It's safe place and my girls feel comfortable here.
