Building 7 at The Bluegreen Fountains Resort

I dont have any photos but the building itself isnt spectacular..it looks just like a hotel. Nothing fancy from the outside. The entire unit itself is nice though. You have a full function kitchen (dish washer, stove microwave, & refrigerator) there is also a washer and dryer next to the kitchen. It has a small dining table area fits 6 people, also a living area with seats for 5 people and 2 bedrooms. Masterbedroom is spacious with one chair in the corner with ottoman, one dresser with 4 drawers, a closet with 8 hangers and a sink on the outside of the bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet and a big walk-in shower. The Masterbedroom has its own door to the outside patio which the living room has a sliding door to the balcony. This was a lovely place to stay!! It was our first time in building 7 but it turned out to be a great place. We were within walking distance of Wakoola Springs pool and we had a lively view from our balcony. There was plenty of parking near the elevators most days. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to our next visit!

As a Blue Green member, this resort typically ranks among my favorites, and I've enjoyed numerous stays in the past, particularly in Buildings #1, #5, and #9. Unfortunately, my current experience in Building #7 is disappointing. The unit has a noticeable moldy odor, feels quite dusty, and the balcony is consistently noisy due to the sounds of frogs.

Clean and well-appointed 2 bdrm. 2 bath accommodation. 2 queen beds in one room and a king bed in a spacious room on the pool side. Laundry & dish soap provided as well as the basic toiletries. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and oven. There are pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, etc.,but bring your own kitchen supplies if you plan to cook. I do not care for Building 7 and I like even less my first floor assignment. In room 7106, the dining table is old and the wood is stained and chipped.The pillows on the couch are badly stained/soiled and should be rigorously cleaned or probably, thrown away. The bedside cabinet in the guest room is a scarred and scratched table with no bedside drawer. The patio does not get a breeze like the balconies do. It feels claistrophobic and dark, with a view of a bush. Plus, everyone who walks by can look into your room, so you have to keep the curtains drawn. You can smell the scent of tobacco and marijuana smoke as you sit on the patio. The room has the faint odor of old urine (maybe from a pet?) and gym locker socks as you come and go.
