Building 21 at Bluegreen Vacations Harbour Lights Resort

Oven didn't work properly or dryer Eyelashes on the floor and sheets Toilet didn't work properly Housekeeping knock on our door at 8:36 am. checkout is she was asking if we are leaving now. She kept asking while loading the car if we were done? I felt unwelcome and rushed. I had to ask her to please stop asking if we're done. I informed her we would be out before 10. I did report to the assistant manager, Lisa. She assured me that the matters would be addressed. I called Maintenance, and they came about the matters and didn't fix them. Lisa gave me her card, and she again apologized, and she assured me that this is not the standard of Harbour Lights Resort . I have stayed her for years, and this was one of my favorite resorts. Wonderful resort. The check-in process is always slow. Took about 15 minutes to step up to the desk. It was 6pm in the evening, so possibly some staff were on dinner break. Overall staff was very friendly and helpful.

Love this resort.. Room overlooks the water way, has a soaking tub within the master bedroom, very spacious, a reason why the wife and I enjoy staying here, and the Staff is top notch!!! We were VIP'd this stay, flowers and a card, had a couple small issues, but we're addressed quicky. So far, much better this stay.. Boy, when it rains here, it comes down really good!! 😊

There were two homeless junkies in the club house game room, some one stole all of my mother's serving ware (knives forks, spoons stuff that's she's had for over 40 years) the filtration system caused our whole party to get sick with some type of super bug/flu/, the outside pool wasn't heated like 2 years ago, it wasn't as clean (the pool system) it's a bit run down.

Can't tell much yet. Going on vacation will give up date
