Buena Vista Motel

Room we had, had large bathrooms which wasted space as far as room size goes. They do provide free wifi and have smart tvs in the rooms where you can log into any of your streaming apps if you would like to just make sure you remember to log out. The bedding was less than desirable though and the floors could have used a good vacuuming. In the owners defense though it just seems like he has poor staff that don't take pride in their work. He seems very nice and the day I came to stay he had just arrived back in town and found that many workers had not shown up and that he had no vacancies because all available rooms were dirty. But he worked with me and quickly got me a room ready on his own. Nice man.

I stayed there for over a year and had no complaints. I had a double size room that came with a microwave and a full size fridge that I rented by the week and was happy the whole time. It is three miles from the freeway, and the only thing I felt that I missed was that it didn't have a pool.

If it was possible to leave negative stars I certainly would. There were roaches big and small, even in broad day light. They don't even bother to scurry when you turn on the lights. The dresser drawers are filled with mouse fecies. The whole room has a funky smell. Even the water smells foul. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 10- 15 bucks for a nicer room up the road. When we confronted the owner about the conditions they refused to issue a refund. She was upset because we had used a towel ( mind you I used it to fill the 2 inch gap under the door which allowed for more critters to enter the room) and wined about how hard it was to pay the bills to keep the place running.

The room was actually surprisingly really nice for the location n for such a whole in the wall. I didn't like that there was ONLY 1 TOWEL INSTEAD OF 2 OR THE FACT THAT NO SHAMPOO NOR CONDITIONER N NO EXTRA. TOWELS PERIOD. THERE WAS A DECENT SIZE WELL TAKEN CARE OF LAUNDRY ROOM WITCH I REALLY LIKED DIDN'T GET TO USE OF COURSE N ENDED UP LEAVING CLOTHES IN THE WASHER ONLY BECAUSE THEY LOCK THE LAUNDRY ROOM AT A CERTAIN TIME WICH WAS NOT POSTED BUT OTHER THAN THAT I REALLY DID ENJOY IT.

Terrible not where you will like to spend a night here rooms are terrible and smell wierd and are in bad condition and cockroaches everywhere this place needs to be closed down. *Also if you pay to stay three days don't expect to be their three days they will kick you out on the second day very early in the morning and keep your money*
