Budget/ Twin Palms Inn

This historical motel appears to have been built around when the area was beingdeveloped into the "Lake Havasu area" circa early 1960s. It appears that they have been gradually updating the site. It is typical of sites built during that era; much smaller than folks expect now, on a tiny parcel of land. There is a laundry room on site, and we are just a few miles from the Cancer Care of Western Arizona and Havasu Regional Hospital, as well as Walmart and a lot of retail (Dollar Tree, Maurice's, JCPenney, etc). It has been converted into a "long-term" stay motel/studio for folks staying here during medical care or transition. The unit I rented had been updated with ceramic tile floors and a simple but updated bathroom. There is no pretense that this is anything other than pure fun

I'll never stay here again. Yes it's the cheapest place in town, ( You get what you pay for ) I'm local and was renting a " Weekly Room " I saw Cockroaches in my room every day and apparently no one is aloud to visit you while staying there. I was there for 3 weeks and in that time 4 different people came to see me at my room during normal business hours. ( One early morning visit 6am to barrow my truck for a trip ) anyway I was accused of having 30 - 40 visitor's, Sadly the truth is I don't even know 30 people who would come to visit me for any reason even if I asked them.||||I was happy to leave :-)

I appreciate all of your input very much . Twin palms is under New Management and we are striving to get this place in shape and make it amazing.we have accomplished a lot so far but there is still so much to be done. we appreciate all the positive and negative feedback that we get from all of you that have stayed in the past as it helps us in our efforts to improve. We look forward to seeing you again in the future and we are so grateful for our current tenants bearing with us through this transition

The new management has really done Alot for the place! It used to be horrible with the old manager there but the new staff is awesome very helpful, will go out of their way for you if you need anything for your room within reason of course. Over all makes my experience there better you're doing a good job guys I'm actually going to recommend this place now.

This might well be the least expensive place to stay in Lake Havasu City. My room was quite large, and evidently set up for rental by the week or month as well as overnight, because it had a kitchenette with a full size (side-by-side!) refrigerator/freezer, a four-burner stove with oven, a full size sink, cabinets, and a sizable kitchen table. The appliances and cabinets were old and worn, as were the furniture and bathroom fixtures. The lamps and light fixtures left the room a bit dim after dark. The motel is a good distance from downtown where most of the chain motels are clustered. London Bridge Road is lightly travelled at this point (most traffic uses highway 95 about a mile away) and the room was quiet. The folks at the desk were friendly and very helpful, telling me about bus servic
