Budget Inn

Staff are very pleasant and helpful, and rooms are simple but clean, quiet, and comfortable. If one is on a budget and just needs the basics, I recommend this motel as a good value. There is also a swimming pool for summer visitors, as it gets hot in this part of Arizona.

Very friendly people. I think the maid is one of the friendliest people's that I've met in this town. I do however think she needs a little lesson on cleaning. Sorry ma'am but I got in that room in the floors were nasty in the showers was nasty I wonder what actually doing in there the whole time no offense God bless you and just being honest maam

the owner is freaking ahhhmazing! me and my bf always stay here for the greatest prices and he lets us have keys when we haven't paid in full yet! he never asks for deposit from us cause we show him we respect his rooms! well of course you helped us so we will help u by keeping your room clean! and always gave us the room we needed with 2 beds cause he knows we have a child with us all the time, some people will never stay here cause of the "looks" but its very clean and the owner will go above and beyond for his regular guest! thanks again alex!

Rooms had a weird smell. carpets were all stained and bumps. bedding had cigarette burns. had to call and get them to fix tv. chairs in room were all stained. the bathroom had roaches and ants. and the fan was covered in dust and didn't work. the pool was empty and probably not safe. Management was very friendly and helpful. that's the only plus. With my daughter and her medical issues we should have ran from this place. But it was what we could afford for one night. Our next visit out that way we will definitely not be staying there.

This is a last resort motel. The staff tried very hard but the place is very old and in need of a lot of repair. If the choice is sleep in your car or sleep here I would really consider the car.
