Budget Inn

I'm going to be completely honest. Just from looking at the outside of the motel, you would think the rooms are ran down and messed up. You would probably think they are dirty. But like people say never judge a book by its cover. The rooms are BEAUTIFUL. It honestly feels like you are at a 5 star hotel. I love the fact that you use keys to get inside your room instead of a card. The owner and the workers at the budget inn are very kind and treat you like family. I guarantee you will love it here. Its so peaceful and everyone around you are nice. The rooms are also very cheap. They also have fast internet.

This was hard to write because the Budget Inn definitely has seen better days (at least I hope so). Good points: - really inexpensive compared to other hotel/motels in the immediate area (<$50/night) - hot showers - no bed bugs (hey it happens) - very close and convenient to the Georgia National State Fairgrounds - you get a frig and microwave in the room. Issues - the décor is a mix of 1980s and probably a renovation from the 1990s - our room was vacuumed once I think during our 4 night stay - bring your own soap and hair cleaning products, because there is no shampoo and conditioner and the soap was only rarely replenished. - Only about ½ of the lights in the room functioned - Major structural cracks in the drywall and fascia of the complex - Zenith TV from the late 1980s with terrible

The staff is nice and the hotel is in a good location. However this hotel is run down. It needs remolded and they need to hire a better cleaning team.

Roaches, cheap crapy hotel who will not let you stay after checkout time fpr any reason. I was a regular there every weekend, all weekend, and durning events, and he would never cut me a break period on price, me one person. I will never stay at this place again You even have to go to the front office to get ice because the ice machine doesn't work!!!

Crack motel. Lots of loitering, loud talking and loud music. A group of budget inn do goers meet up at night anytime from 7:00 pm to 5:30 in the morning smoking crack which lingers into adjoining rooms. You can not get any sleep at this motel, and I believe some of the office staff be in the rooms hitting the crack pipe as well. The loitering goes on 7 days a week non-stop. The owner is never around in the evening hours walking the premises.The owner needs to make frequent surprise visits in the evening and late night hours to see what a crack motel the Budget Inn located in Perry GA really, because his so called staff is NOT giving him the real run down. In addition the owner needs to hirer a security company to walk the premises. This motel is going to the garbage just like the crack h
