Budget Inn

First let me say that if this had've been a $50 or $60 a night place I would not be leaving a review. To charge someone over $130 a night for a room where the first thing that greets you is a roach on the refrigerator is just WRONG 🤦🏾‍♀️🙅🏾‍♀️🪳. That alone had me sleeping the few hours I was able to fully clothed and putting my purse in a plastic bag. The fact that there was blood on the bathroom door was traumatizing and the fact that there was another roach 🪳 outside waiting to send me off is just too much. Not sure what you're thinking charging the exorbitant price, but I definitely recommend that you reevaluate. Please tell your staff to clean the blood off the door of room 110.

We stayed the night here on arriving in Orlando. To be honest when my husband booked this I was dubious but he said it was just the one night before we set off in our roadtrip. However the word budget did set alarm bells off. It was relatively easy to find and the check in was easy enough although the guy on the desk made me feel I'd travelled back to the 70s when we checked in. No lift so although on first floor, as my husband unable to carry heavy cases I had to haul two large suitcases and two Cabin cases up the stairs. This was my own fault, I should have insisted on a better class of hotel. When you have been up since the crack of dawn and you arrive in the US it is nice to have a little luxury. The room was clean and luckily near a garage where we were able to purchase water, etc

The rooms are not the best, and we were given a smoking room, which wasn’t ideal. However, they saved us at the last minute when we had nowhere else to stay. The service, especially from Nico, was outstanding. He was extremely polite and helpful. He’s definitely the best thing this motel has.

My bus was delayed by so much that I failed to book any other place to stay for the night. I walked up to Budget Inn in the middle of the night and I could get a room right away with no problems. Room might need some work but besides that, the front desk guy was genuinely a life saver. Great location (walking distance from food spots, gas station & bus station) & nobody was bothering me during my stay. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The first room I was given had stained towels (including what looked like dried blood), a dirty toilet and sink, sticky floors, mold in the shower, and a strong mold smell. They moved me to another room, but it had the same unsanitary conditions. I refused to stay, and the hotel still wouldn’t work with Booking.com to refund my money. You don’t get to see the rooms until after you’ve already paid, and by then it was too late.
