Budget Inn of Avon Park

It was really cold the night we were there and they brought us an electric heater. We didn't even ask . They just brought it. Was very clean nice towels hot shower. Bed was very comfortable. It's an older building but you can tell they are remodeling and making it fresh.front desk girl was very nice and friendly. I really liked the bodywash and shampoo on the wall of the shower. No tub. But I would not have used a tub anyway. Would stay there again if needed

I give this hotel zero stars. I had the worst night sleep ever in a hotel at the Budget Inn! On check-in I had to call the phone number to get someone to come to the lobby as repeated ringing of the buzzer didn't work. The sign on the door says no pool, no guests, no refunds. The room appeared standard and clean at first. I was in room 111 a non-smoking room. The Portable A/C, which was extremely noisy, is apparently mounted right next to the AC unit for room 110 which is a smoking room. So, the chain smoker neighbors kept my room filled with smoke as their AC unit expelled the smoke into my AC intake. It was disgusting all night long. Then at 0230 a neighbor woke me up while someone pounded excessively on the door. I never did open my door to see what the issue was all about (there are no

Up to date spacious room with beautiful countertops and flooring. You can't beat the price either with hotel rooms these days being outrageous for even run down places. This will be my hotel of choice from now on when in this area for work, couldn't be happier

Beds were a little too firm, but room and bathroom was clean, location was pretty convenient, and all in all not a bad experience.

Do not stay here!! I booked this hotel because it was listed as 3 stars( how?! I do not know) for work and not pleasure and affordable. How this place is open I do not know.I am reaching out to BBB next.This hotels pillows and mattress were heavily stained with brown and is infested with roaches! I am adding pictures to this review to encourage you to find somewhere else. Also, after providing proof and having to book another hotel the unprofessional stinky owner's refused. I would give 0 stars but it doesn't allow.
