Budget Inn-North

I was very surprised that hotel was very unassuming from the outside but inside the room is spotless comfortable the beds are new. This is not to be missed because the price is much lower than all the other places in town especially the place up the street which is absolutely filthy. This place was wonderful. The service staff is great. Just give them a call on the phone and they will help you out right away.

Straight up honest review of this place: I've done alot of traveling and stayed in the best of the best and the worst of the worst. I stayed here for a week January 2026. Upon Check-in the Staff was friendly. They spoke English, but quite broken and difficult to understand at times. On my first day the maintenance man knocked on my door and said he was going to spray the room for bugs. I said "no thanks" because I don't wish to be sleeping amongst those chemicals. I'm actually a Cancer survivor and don't desire to be breathing that in. In my one week stay I encountered 3-4 cockroaches in the room. Nothing too crazy. On the last day I Checked-out at 11 AM, in my opinion I left the room in fair condition, normal use, no messes/spills etc. I accidentally left some clothes behind in one of the

There was no heat and I'm still trying to figure out how did $79 dollars turn into $110 because their sign clearly say all single rooms are 70 somthing dollars. I also believe they advertise something about a phone being in the room, not that i need one but when I had to call them about there being no heat in the room, I had to use my cell phone and I had to google for their phone number because it wasn't one on the not so through receipt. I got the room for 2-days but the receipt only shows the amount they took out my banking account. The room was, in my opinion not worth what they charged me but to be honest it's what I expected and this is about my fourth time coming here. So it served my purpose. And I'm not disappointed. All I can say is don't expect to much from this place!

Worst hotel i have ever been to. Not only did they accidently overcharge me it took my money pending then I was left with nothing for the room and basically she denied doing it at first then admitted it but they continued to say I wasn't chatged I then went to my bank and they said to release funds back to me they need a letter of cancelation confirming it didnt go through not only did the girl call me an asshole because I was mad they did this she flat out told me I called for the letter her words were we wont be doing that. Lastly she said there was only one room but the lights didnt work in bathroom. Then the guy after me got offered a different room ..and they told him no they didn't have certain rooms they just told me they did.the rooms are disgusting. Roaches everywhere even mice an

Front desk workers sweety and I can't remember the other nice lady who tried to help me out with my bug problem! Yeah ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!! And sad because the staff is very nice property maintenance is very needed and inspection of rooms is a must .When ever you pay 100 bucks or better you shouldn't have to fight bugs all night from coming to lay down with you. the pictures I took are terrible so I didn't post P.S. inspector DO BETTER !
