Budget Inn

Wish I could give it 0 stars, stopped here on a trip last minute. Showers were nasty, bed bugs, mice in the walls and the ceilings. By far the worst place I’ve ever seen. “Non smoking room” smelled like nothing but cigarettes, bed sheets and blankets had cigarette burns in them. Don’t think the beds ever been cleaned, along with the bathroom. Manager said “we’ve been remodeling “ but the tvs, bathroom, walls, all look like they’re from 1950. Better off sleeping in your vehicle in a parking lot.

The guy was amazing but my kids and I all got bit up by what we think may have been bed bugs, it's all over my 3 and 5yr olds body. Smh so much so I didn't stay a second night like I was supposed to. I know from experience as soon as you mention bed bugs people act weird but when I tell you my girls are itchy and suffering 😔 they have been crying due to they're uncomfortable.

I don’t suggest coming here the owner is horrible and racist . He goes in peoples room with not here and throw away their things and also does not like children and refuses. Let them draw on the sidewalk with sidewalk trout can’t play with their toys. It’s not allowed. He don’t want you outside at all. Moneys always going missing and he always adding more money to the bill . He treats adults like children and tries to make you go in before 11pm. He does let the manager do his job . And at no point did anyone sign a policy paper . And the owner is childishly petty. there’s also mold everywhere, water damage in the ceiling, rats, everywhere, or mouse and bugs

Mr. Patel is a very accommodating & gracious hotel owner/manager, this place gets a bad rap, but honestly, one of the most comfortable/accepting away from home experiences you'll ever have! Well worth the $50 a night!

First impression- owner has an easy to understand accent and was professional about everything. I noticed that things were outdated, but clean. The room was a bit tight. The bathroom was most out of date, with cracked tiles and edges, but clean. Nice white towels and cloths. Beds were clean. For $40 I'd stay again.
