Budget Inn-Haines City

What kind of motel charges by night they don’t even do week always wake us up at 10am too clean the room and kick us out because they thought I had extra people but they was only visiting so this the worst motel I ever been I do not recommend for no one

I've had a really nice stay here. The couple who manage the place are really nice people and very attentive of their place. I've had a nice room which is remodeled and looks like they are doing it little by little. I came for my CDL and the walking distance to the school is about 5 minutes which helps a lot. They were very helpful providing directions to good and cheap food.

Wow, you can't even make a reservation. What kind of hotel is this??? So if I show up and there are no rooms available, I'm stuck trying to find another place last minute? Jeez, what a horrible business plan for a hotel. Poor Haines City, they need much better hotel offerings than this...

When you don't have a lot of money and you don't have many options it's an alright place to stay. I look at it as, "it could be a lot worse", in any situation I'm in. That and I'm not too picky if it's a place to lay my head then it can't be too bad. Hell it's got A.C., hot and cold water, a refrigerator, a microwave... pretty much everything you need to survive. Granted it could use a better cleaning. The only things I dislike or have a different opinion about is the way the bathroom looks it reminds me of a jail cell and they don't mop the floors. I don't like dirty feet and walking on this floor Barefoot will give you black feet it's disgusting, on the brighter side of things... the refrigerator is cold as hell, I love it! The microwave works, the AC works great, the shower feels awesom

I just stayed here last week and the service was great, a friendly local couple runs the motel and they are slowly renovating the rooms. I stayed in room 21 and appreciated the new bathroom tiles and shower. The price was also really affordable and the room has great air conditioning, flat screen tv, a mini fridge and a very cold air conditioner. It's also right in the middle of downtown so there are lots of restaurants, gas stations, banks and grocery stores nearby! Can't wait to come back.
