STAY AWAY! This place is a scam. It's filthy and in a sketchy area. Look at the other recent reviews and ignore any positive ones because those HAVE to be scam/false reviews. Room was dirty and smelled overwhelmingly like some kind of citrus chemical. Based on other reviews, I assume meant to cover up some other horrible smell. My family didn't even stay the night there since we opted to sleep in the airport rather than get probably get bit by the bed bugs I read about in the other reviews. And based on the looks and smell of the place, I completely believe. Of course, after returning an hour after checking in, asking about a refund, I was told NO refunds. I wasn't surprised. I am currently sitting on the bed as an act of safety from the roaches. This place is disgusting I actually saw roaches there’s blood dripped down the front of the toilet as well. Disgusting would be a compliment or courtesy to call it such. This place is deplorable I wish I could describe the stink in here I knew something was wrong but after driving 24 hours swollen ankles I figured it wouldn’t be terrible to shower and get 4 hours rest. Nope I can’t even sleep now I’m considering getting dressed and packing the car. To be honest I should have stayed in my car it was so late and I was desperate don’t make the same mistake just stay in your car save 150 and not have to go to laundry mat to clean everything because now I’m terrified I have bed bugs now. This is a cheap hotel, hence the name, "Budget Inn". But it is very clean and the onsite managers are kind and accomadating.

Very disappointed to have spent $135 for a night and the quality of the room! The staff were nice but the rooms were not up to par for the cost. The first room I was given wasn’t clean and was trashy! Literally opened the door and closed it. Got a second room and the key didn’t work. Had to go back to the office to get it straightened out. Once I walked in it SMELLED SO BAD!!! The room looked like a total disaster and everything smelled. The pictures speak for themselves. There was hair on the bed, bathroom was stink and towels were dirty, the kitchenette was unusable, broken appliances, tv had no signal, THERE WAS NO SMOKE DETECTOR all for $135 A NIGHT!!! I won’t be recommending to anyone as that’ll be an embarrassment.

This is one of you worst motels I've ever stayed in my 53 years of life. The entire room was infested with bugs mainly bed bugs. I have bites all over my entire body and cannot stop itching and scratching. The comforter head holes in it and smelled of must and looked like it was from the 1980s. The floors were filthy the sheets and towels which was supposed to be white were dirty and dingy and old looking. I had called ahead and specifically asked for the rate for the night and was told $89 plus tax and I was charged $120 plus an additional $10 deposit fee. This is the worst much I've ever seen at this price and a doubt the room is even worth 60 or $65 for the night. do yourself a favor and look for another hotel or motel in the same area there's plenty
