Budget Host-Airport Inn

We stayed one night at this hotel. There were several issues. The room smelled bad. They didn’t have another room. The smoke detector was covered with plastic and when we called the desk they said they would have the manager contact us. He did not contact us. Also security is not great. There is no safety lock. If I went there as a woman alone I would not stay there for that reason. It is fairly clean except for the odor…

It's a great hotel if you don't mind watching cockroaches crawl up and down your walls or if you go to unplug something and there's four cockroaches in the outlet if you are 2 minutes past checkout time they will let themselves in your room and at least an hour or more before it's check out time they wait outside your room. I opened up the door this morning to front desk and go to the store and the housekeeper another housekeeper the owner or all standing in the hallway right outside our room asking me if I'm going to need yellow service or whatever today and I said no so for the next hour and a half they still remained outside our door and then we had a hiccup with our card so we weren't able to do the transactions we have to go you know take care of business and that is when they didn't

We had a great stay. The rooms are clean, the shower was amazing, plenty of parking and they let us have our dog there. With plenty of room to walk him. Definitely recommend this place if you're on a budget. And have a dog or dogs.

There were cockroaches in the room! I saw 5, I killed two. Although the did agree to give me money back I have to wait 5-7 days so I won't be able to stay somewhere else and will have to drive in a snowstorm which I was trying to avoid!

Worst Motel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a complete disaster from top to bottom. The manager was shockingly rude, dismissive, condescending, and completely uninterested in addressing any of the concerns we raised. It felt like we were bothering him by simply existing. But the most disturbing part? There was an unmarked door leading directly into our room from somewhere. No bolt, no deadlock, nothing to secure it from our side. We asked about it, and the manager waved it off like it was normal. Sorry, but an unsecured random door in a motel room is a huge red flag for safety. We asked for a refund immediately due to our concerns and were told that wouldn’t happen and that WE were being rude. Trust me: pay the extra money and go
