Customer Reviews
Location is great. All sites are pull through and extremely large. Not really any kind of actual amenities. Just space. Bathroom/Laundry room is horrible. Literal holes in both floors of the bathrooms and the right side you can literally fall through. Left shower you basically stand in water while you shower, which is disgusting. Gets cleaned once a month if you’re lucky. The AC in the shower house is located outside of the bathrooms, so during summer, you’re sweating getting out, and winter you’re freezing getting out. Grass is cut very infrequently during summer and they do not do anything with a weed eater. Trash is frequently full/overflowing. Been parked here almost 2 years(aside from the 2 months I moved to another park with actual amenities when my lady and kids visited during summe
3.5 stars. We were in town for a weekend festival and we liked this place, particulary the cheap price. Quite simple, but utilities work, good wifi, and they have very long pull-thru sites. Grass and gravel sites with dirt roads, but all seemed nice and level and easy to negotiate. The road off I-20 is narrow, but you only go a very small distance before turning left into the park. High water pressure...you better have a regulator. My lone annoyance was that the sewer pipe was a foot out of the ground, which meant I had to assist gravity to complete the process.
Spots are large with front and back yard. Laundry room is absolutely trash. The grass is never cut. Always having water issues. The road has so many potholes you drive a zig zag. It is a promising park but it is quickly going down hill and yet they continued to raise rent without any upgrades. Trash is always overflowing.
Here for work at the data center north west of Abilene. Owners were friendly and helpful at booking and sites are long and easily accessible, quick on/off to the interstate. Walmart, coffee shops, shopping and church is just a 12-15 minute drive. $100 cheaper than where we previously searched and same distance to the job site. Kind of a country feel and no loud noise like jets or trains which is a big plus! Very peaceful place thus far.
No frills, no pool, and no bath house, but the sites are level, long and pull-through; the utilities work fine; and it was clean and pretty quiet. We didn't see a camp host or staff. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the website said it had a pool and bath house. It had neither. Nice place to spend the night, but I probably wouldn't stay much longer.
