Bryan's Spanish Cove

Hidden gem just off of both SR 417 and I-4 in Orlando. Perfect location for a weekend at Disney Springs and close enough to WDW to be your homebase for a week or more. 2BR/2BA condo, with a full kitchen and dining table, for the price of most basic Orlando hotel rooms (and much less than staying in the bubble). Beautiful lakeside setting and lots of amenities. Highly recommended!

My stay at Bryan’s Spanish Cove was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in Orlando/Kissimmee. From the moment I arrived, the attention at the front desk was excellent—every receptionist was extremely kind, polite, and helpful.||The room was beautiful and very spacious, basically a full three-room apartment.|The kitchen and dining area were large and fully equipped: brand-new appliances including a stove, fridge, coffee maker, electric oven, and blender—all in perfect working condition. The dishware was also spotless and incredibly complete, better than what you find in many hotels.||The living room was also very spacious and even had a fireplace, which was perfectly maintained. Great value, great location, super nice people. Clean, well maintained and comfortable. This is not a huge resort but is way better than a hotel and it has things like a pool, paddle boats and is just comfortable. And it was really gentle on my wallet allowing me to spend more money on other things in the area. We will come back here next time.

Positive: The room! Negative: Close to highway can be loud.

We came to Orlando for my doctorate graduation and we came upon this gem because they were part of my husband’s corporate discount program. All the hotels around the venue were incredibly pricey for just a plain hotel room. There were five of us, all adults, so we were going to need two regular rooms. Instead, we stayed in this beautiful little apartment with two bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen and sofa-bed for a third of the price. We had a washer and dryer, a full-size refrigerator, and three TVs. It was clean, bright, and comfortable. The front desk stuff was wonderful and the pool and bathtub were perfect. We were 15 minutes from the parks! If you’re coming with family and want to feel at home and not eat out every meal, I highly recommend.
