Brookville Inn

If you’re on the road and looking for a clean and well-managed place to stay for the night, this is it. The property is clean and well-maintained. Our room and linens were very clean. The property is well-lit and safe. Breakfast is basic but fresh. Coffee was surprisingly good. To us, our stay was a very good value. This exit on I80 had many services, which was convenient…restaurants, gas stations, etc.

Positive: Hotel employee was incredibly helpful. I ended up delayed in my travels and showed up after midnight with a migraine. He made the check-in process quick and easy and was very kind. Perfect location for my short overnight work-related stay. Negative: ""

We booked a room (last minute)because we needed a place to stay in close proximity to my family. The room while clean was outdated. There were NO USB ports for.charging my phone( i didn'thavemy vlock becauae Ididn'tthink id need it ..just the USB cable), nor was there an alarm clock (which.is why i.needed to keep my phone charged) . The lady at the front desk was nice, but hard to understand... I had to ask her to repeat herself a couple of times. Bed was uncomfortable..it wasn't the best experience. Next time we'll go to Clarion..

Toilets are too low asked for. Handicap accessible bathroom was told they only have a king bed room and no rollaway cots for 3 of us. There is one roll desk chair with no arms for. My 93 year old mother I asked for a folding chair for one us us to sit on and was told they have none. There is no one staying here they couldn’t take a chair from another room!! Poor customer service.

I've stayed at this inn recently and it was just horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone, it's so gloomy. I've stayed tons of times before the new management and it was great until now. They have overworked staff memebers there and horrible service, especially from the one fellow working from the afternoon and overnight. I feel sorry for the young woman working in the mornings, she seem so overworked, tired and worn out. I heard she works everyday, even on Thanksgiving! I never come online to talk about these things but it was ao obvious how overworked she looked. We had a conversation and i am not mistaken. On the other hand, even as much as overworked the staff looked, i recieved nuce treatment from the housekeeper and the young woman i mentioned at the desk. Message for t
