Bridge Inn Tomahawk

I had an early check in for my birthday and upon arrival the housekeeper was still trying to get the got tub jets working because they were not and they had known that was why I rented that room. The housekeeper went above and beyond trying to figure it out and contacted the owner. It was a Saturday so unsure if they could get someone, but they were able to do. The plumber also could not get the jets to work on the hot tub so I was offered a full refund or a wonderful discount. I choose to stay. Their housekeeping staff and the owner went way above and beyond to make my birthday relaxing and peaceful! The room itself is super clean and spacious with a balcony that has a view of the river. It is very easy to get to the Inn, and the place next door has great food too! I know that I would not

We stayed here during the first real snow of the year. Very peaceful. Lots of nice things to say about the room and our overall experience with the hotel. It was near perfect. Having the door keypads and eliminating the need for front desk interaction is a big plus. We just rolled up, punched in the keypad at the outside door, then again at the room door. It was smooth. Our communications were responded to immediately and everything worked as intended. The bed and linens were commendable. Another very big plus was the shower- hot water and a lot of it! One last thing- they had the lot plowed early (thanks.) We will be visiting again, soon!

Extremely clean, great view of the water. Close to everything. The best staff ever!!|Highly suggested as a lovely place to stay.

I was driving back from the UP from work and was exhausted, gave these guys a call and they got me in a room with my pup for the night. No check in, no key. It was effortlessly the easiest hotel I’ve ever felt with. Not only that, when the dog and I got in the room, they keep every single thing a dog owner would need to take care of the pup for a night. Dog dishes, waste bags and even dog blanket and pillow for his bed. Best part, there’s a walk out sliding patio door for easy access too take them out right next to the lake without having to go up and down a hallway. Not only the dog aspect, the room was extremely tidy, the customer service was amazing. My family and I loved this place! It's within walking distance of the cute downtown and an amazing playground with a splash pad! We happened to get lucky and be there during their ski show which was really cool. The check in was so easy! Seems like this place is run very well. The room was clean and had everything we needed. If we're ever in Tomahawk again, we will definitely pick here to stay!
