Briarcliff Motel

Booked here off Priceline for a very cheap price. Showed up at 10PM and the front desk guy was gone but he did eventually show up. Man working the front desk asked me 100 questions but he was friendly so I didn’t mind. We stayed in room 2 and let me tell you! The fish bedding was amazing! I was nervous about the cheap price but the room was extremely nice for the price! I had some great sleep on the bed! Checkout was extremely smooth with a key drop box! As a local I would totally stay here again! I made a TikTok and it hit over 50k views so I hope this place gets more business! It’s a great budget friendly hotel right in the heart of North Conway 🙂 5/5 stars!

Positive: The remodeled bathrooms are beautiful. Negative: This hotel has a security issue. There was a violent altercation that began at 11 PM and lasted until midnight on the porch in front of my room. I felt unsafe. There were no staff present to address this issue.

i have stayed here a few times now and i love this place . rooms are decently priced , clean and quite big . owner is a a lovely lady and always friendly and welcoming . briarcliff motel is also walking distance to many restaurants and a service station right next door so very convenient. There’s also complimentary ready made coffee and little snacks at the office which is awesome ! Would highly recommend staying here !

Overall it was a pleasant experience and I felt rested and safe here for two nights while exploring the white mountains! I had room 17, beds were comfortable and I like how you can park right in front of the room. The room also had a mini fridge! It is an older/outdated property, AC system was pretty dusty, shower temp knob was loose but I made it work!

Adorable, quiet little place to stay on the eastern end of the Kancamagus Highway. The host was friendly and offered local dinner/winery suggestions. The room was fairly small, but the bed was the most comfortable we slept in, out of 6 different hotels along our road trip route!
