Their remote check-in system has problems. They tried to log me in for an hour and couldn't. Eventually they gave up. I asked if I could get a physical key and they said no. I asked what am I supposed to do and they said I was on my own. Stay somewhere more conventional. The property itself is great but if you can't check in then what's the point, right? They left me high and dry on a packed weekend. WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN

Nice hotel for a short stay. Keypad available if you arrive after hours. Close to 2 restaurants- one is American cuisine and the other Mexican ( both within walking distance ) The Mexican restaurant was G8 ! BTW - Comfy soft beds in the hotel - good water pressure and spacious rooms. Fully enjoyed my stay !

Stayed in the triple bed room. The fridge was unplugged and covered in mold on the inside, smelly. The room was freezing and the thermostat did not work/was dead. Called multiple times and they kept saying the manager would call me back, but I never heard from them. When I tried to call the manager, their voicemail inbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. Very dissatisfied with my experience and astounded by the lack of communication from the motel.

Worst stay ever booked with booking.com I stayed there for a business conference and my colleague booked it for me. Room 11 has no in-room heating control, it was hot like 30 degrees celcius or 86 F. Room is cute and well designed but all windows are easy to break-in from the outside so it wasn’t safe for me to open them during NY winter. The fire alarm was beeping the whole time and an alert said battery low. This is a safety hazard and totally unacceptable for any hotel. There isn’t an employee onsite so no help for the beeping noise or the heat that was too high. Their phone number was also useless as everyone I spoke to said someone will be going to verify the problems but no one went within 6 hours. We decided to stay at an hotel closer to downtown Saratoga. I don’t recommend staying

This used to be such a cute little motel. Sad to report that it's lost all the charm. The fire pit is unused, the bar closed (in fact, there's no staff on site at all). The door code system is unreliable. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke and had daylight balanced bulbs in the few lamps that worked. yikes. It's like any old crappy roadside motel now, but priced too high.
