Breakneck Campground

I will preface this saying I have emailed the following comments seen below to TWO email addresses associated with this campground. There has been no response and one email bounced back to me. I wasn't going to publish a review but due to no explanation regarding my stay and the fact I received an automated email to review my visit, I will add my story.||||Hello, I was booked at Breakneck campground on May 9 & 10. Had the chance to get my favorite tent spot and this alone made my weekend experience at Breakneck Campground to be awesome.I really like this campground!!!! I have been going to this place for several years now and I really enjoy it every time. Looking forward to spend another weekend sometime this season.

It was great. The cabin was cheap and provided electricity and shelter which is all we required. It was clean and offered a mini fridge and coffee maker which we didn't really utilize since we brought our own cooler and coffee thermos. They allowed us an early check in. Fire pit and picnic table on the campground itself. Bathroom and shower on site. The area was quiet and had easy access to the lake. Great stay, would recommend.

A beautiful place to stay..... Outdoor fire ring with a picnic table. Nice space to sit on the porch with a great view of the woods. Running creek below.

We decided to stop here to camp and were able to find a beautiful and secluded campsite on the edge of the gorge. The owner was very kind and respectful. We decided to stay two extra nights because we found it very relaxing and enjoyable. The location was great as it was near both Hells Hollow and McConnell’s Mill.
