Customer Reviews
Great campground with what seems to have a lot for everyone there. They have a nice sized store with the essentials and many more (merchandise and toys for the kids). They have a nice looking pool, but I didn't go swimming. Their map is clear and easy to read. They even have events going on. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I went with a couple friends and had a great time. I'd definitely bring my family here.
My family has been coming here for 7 years, and we always have a great time. This year has been very different, the entire atmosphere has changed. The employees were always nothing but smiles, but this past visit none of them were smiling, in fact, the look of despair on their faces said it all. We had an issue that was a big deal to us, the new owners wouldn't even talk to us, and when we finally met him he was so uninterested in our issues that we ended up stopping the conversation. We will not be returning back to this campground, and neither will any of our friends, or any of the people who were around us. While we highly recommended this campground in the past, this time we are stressing everyone to stay as far away as possible because this is not the same campground we fell in love w
We brought our standard poodle and stayed in the Grizzly cabin. We arrived on Thursday and left on Saturday. Our stay was just what we needed, relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you for the air conditioning and the awesome refrigerator in the cabin! We really appreciated being able to bring our dog and stay in a cabin. She also enjoyed her stay. I appreciated the multiple stations for disposing dog waste, and we took advantage of the dog run. I loved the dish-washing station!! It was so nice to wash dishes with hot water that I didn't have to heat on the fire. And, again, thank you for the waste disposal area at the dish-washing station. The bathrooms were clean and updated. I appreciated the shower that was adapted for someone with mobility issues - the bar to hold on to and the removable s
Overall, my stay was great. I got to ride my bike around the whole campground, I was in C1 next to the pool The pool is labelled as heated but when I went it was very cold the whole week. The rentals were pretty cheap compared to other places. During the week renting anything is $39 a piece ($41 w/ tax) but the prices vary on when you go. (Holiday is most expensive). I loved this place with the cat being the mascot and every night he would visit my tent and beg my family for food.
This is a very nice campground at a very good spot. The cabins are well-maintained and the lake is right beside the place for some nice fishing, as well as a pond for the kids to fish at. There is a lot of nature and wildlife to find at this place too
