I stayed in a shared room with about six girls, and they were great. You get a small cubby and space under the bed to store your things, which was helpful. The bunks were very squeaky, and the room felt humid even with the AC on — it could definitely use better airflow. There were some noticeable smells in the hallways. I had to ask for a towel since there wasn’t one in the room. The blankets were a little odd, the pillows were very flat, and the floor felt slightly sticky. On the plus side, everyone respected lights out and kept things quiet after 10pm. It’s about 15 minutes from the convention center, which was convenient.

Positive: I booked the place for my girlfriend stay over the weekend. She ended up staying somewhere else. The place had a very strong smell of marijuana all over, and the person who was in the room with her did not even acknowledge her presence Negative: I do no recommend this place and I would like a full refund since my girlfriend did not stay there

Overall, for the two nights I stayed there, the service was excellent. There was prompt and cordial support from staff whenever they were needed. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, and having free breakfast in the morning was also quite cost-effective. I am looking forward to staying here again when I am back in Orlando, perhaps when the pool is open! The only downside is that I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are either visiting or have an event to attend at Disney World and are, simultaneously, on a fixed income. This hostel is 15 miles or so northeast of some parts of Disney World. This left me feeling misled and unsupported, with no clear solution for me and my kids. The in-person front desk lady did her best, but the people on the phone and the hotel management did not show fairness or respect for my situation. I would not recommend this hotel to families with children or to anyone who expects honest and consistent customer service.
