A relatively new hotel for the Best Western chain, it has done a great job in refreshing an older building. The rooms and especially the bathroom have been updated and look good. Mattresses are relatively new, albeit a bit soft for my back Room was sparkling clean and bed made perfectly. The custodial staff has been well trained. The front desk woman was friendly even bubbly at 1000 pm when we arrived, making us feel very welcomed Grounds and pool areas were clean and well groomed. Breakfast, generally a sore spot with chdin hotels. Was very good. Everything was fresh made and constantly restocked. Pastries were fresh and tasty, not previously frozen. My husband and I stayed at this location November 18th to 20th. We were in town for a medical procedure for our son. We found the hotel easily. Warmly greeted by the front desk staff. Our room was 443 - king room with a balcony. Granted this hotel is between the busy I-95 and SW 10th Street. Yes, there is road noise, but nothing that is disturbing compared to other hotels located near highways. ||Our room as I stated had a balcony, for us made it nice to sit outside with morning coffee, even with the I-95 traffic it was still enjoyable. ||The room was spotless - housekeeping does an excellant job, even with daily room service to refresh towels. ||Due to the nature of our visit, we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, althought we noticed hot oatmeal, and the standard continent

We were there back in jan 17 2026. We did stay all the time. But that stay was the worst i have had in any hotel. We checked in on friday we checked out monday we only had a useable shower ftom sunday late afternoon and monday fir the shower which was a walk in/roll in gad no shower curtain every got so wet that the water went into the room with the bed. My husband foot got caught in the drain hole for the cover was broke and he fell into the wall of the shower. They did not fix it completely unyil late sunday afternoon the so call manager was notified friday night. They refused us a shower curtin no refund or anything for our trouble was even to us. He stated that he would give us a good discount next time never happen he wanted to charge us more that pricline was offering. That whole wee

Rushab and Renato were both wonderful front desk attendants—so welcoming and helpful! The hotel itself is beautiful and retro, with very clean rooms. We had a room with a balcony, which was a great spot to relax and hang out. It’s also in a convenient location near the Ren Fair, making it a perfect place to stay.

Kadeem was the BEAST !! My wife left her pursue on the cafe area over night, we didn’t realize it until the next day. He got in on the middle of the night and saved it for us. Her purse had all her and my wallets and cc cards, this would have been a night mare if it wasn’t for Kadeem! That you so much Kadeem, we need more people like him in this troubling world we live in.
