Worst stay at a hotel I’ve ever had. When we arrived, the first thing we see when entering the room was hair in the bath tub and the sheets were stained. Our telephone had a blinking red light but there was no numbers on the phone to call to get it to stop, there was no front desk to ask how to turn it off, so it blinked all night long. They advertised a daily continental breakfast, which consisted of packets of instant oatmeal and individual cereals and no one even came to turn on the lights or to make coffee, we had to make it ourselves. Our room had a coffee maker but it only had decaf packets, and, once again, no one available to ask for regular. Prime location beautiful view but beware of the cabins, woke up bed bug bites everywhere. The bedroom it self wasn't clean to begin with trash still in the bedframe, little hair spread on the pillows.

Bad customer service. I simply called to ask about the time it was closing and she said, "we close at 7 every night." Snippy tone had this teenager like "uh duh" tone. I said, "thank you," and they just hung up. Was a very rude interaction. Unfortunate, obviously going downhill.

I've been coming here for years and the customer service just keeps going down hill. Today, I was refused a birthday shot because the bartender was too busy over serving an obnoxious group of intoxicated individuals. Instead of cutting them off, they denied me service. We ordered apps, entrees and one round of drinks, a Pina Colada and a Smith and Kerns. We were obnoxious. We weren't annoying the other patrons like the group was that the bartender was focusing on. The manager didn't want to get involved. Takes about 10 - 15 mins just to get seated. Just very displeased with the whole experience. Last year, they refused to make the chocolate chip cookie and only reason I got that was because my cousin worked on the back and made it. Sadly, they just dont care anymore. Why advertise as a ful

Used a cabin and a room. Not luxurious, but clean and comfortable. Close to pheasant hunting areas.
