Boardwalk Resorts at Atlantic Palace

My Fiancee and I stayed here for a week due to a free promotion we received last year when we stayed at the Wyndham Towers (which is sadly closed down now). The resort is nice and the two bedroom we stayed in had its pros and cons. Came with everything that we needed to cook, all we had to do was bring the food and condiments. The furniture can use some serious updating such as the one couch looks like the leather is fading and the carpet in the living room needs some serious shampooing because it really smells bad. They said the master bedroom has a queen bed but it looked more like a full size and could stand a good changing of the mattress and the bedroom was the only room that stayed cold. Positive: Location Negative: Yes I have a bad experience the place is nice but the first we there we go to dinner when we come back they take all of stuff out from the room. When I go ask they say oh sorry we got the wrong .that all I got is sorry you guys took that trust from me

WELL WHERE DO YOU BEGIN FIRST ITS IN THE SLUMS ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT LOCATION IS THE BEACH VIEWS…ROOMS OK REALLY OLD NEEDS UPDATE SHOWER AND BATHROOM DRAIN WERE MESSED UP MAINTENANCE HAD TO COME UP…THE PLACE SAYS “NO SMOKING”WELL OUR FLOOR #11 WAS NOTHING BUT **** SMELL…EVEN WORKERS BUT FRONT DESK LADY SEEMED JUST FLAPERGASDIC THAT THERE COULD BE THAT GOING ON IN HOTEL WELL I WILL GET SECURITY TIGHT ON THAT!!!!WELL SURE YOU BEST CK YOUR WORKERS…ALL I CAN SAY IS IF CHOICE HOTELS IS AFFILATED WITH BLUEGREEN THEN I SHOULD DEFINITELY GET MY POINTS ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT… BECAUSE I EXPECT MORE OUT OF THST COMPANY

Positive: "" Negative: Room was dirty, furniture had so much damage and floor was also very damaged, everything was dusty and bathroom tub would not drain.

This was horrible place no elevators for parking trash all over in parking area check in was horrible I get to my room it’s like 80 some degrees in the room. Shouldn’t even be able to operate at all Don’t waste your Money.
