Bluegreen Vacations Harbour Lights, an Ascend Collection Resort

So I called today to confirm my booking did my vacation in May I spoke to Skylar she said she was kind of new ! She helped me with a few questions I had and was absolutely Pleasant and very Sweet . I asked for her Supervisor Rita and she was so very pleasant , I assume that’s who trained Skylar ! I just wanted to give an excellent to them Both ! And can’t wait to meet them in person in May ! Good morning!! We had a pretty good stay in April 2025, but such a really fantastic stay Sept 2025! One of the best hot tubs and pools. And the outdoor fitness center was great too. Grounds are always kept neat. Loved it so much we are booked again for Sept 2026. As long as we get the renovated units we plan to return each year !

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were super great. My biggest concern is that there were tons of rooms open and they put us in a duplex next to a family of four who had domestic issues, screaming kids and the father was putting his kids in the common space between the two units. I understand that the family cannot be controlled by Blue green, but, you could have thought it through and put us in a different place knowing it was 2 adults in our room who has just traveled eight house in the pouring rain.

The place was great! It was very clean, staff was very accommodating and stayed in touch to see if there was anything I needed. They were sure to make me aware of the activities. I highly recommend except if you have physical limitations you would not want to be on the third floor with no elevator 😳

We visited for a family vacation. There were 3 generations present. There is something for all age ranges. The resort is located back from the beach but that made it easier to reach shopping and other attractions. The room had a very nice view of the pond and one of the pool areas from the balcony. Theyroom is a slightly dated but is kept up very well. The room also had almost everything we needed aside from food and drinks.
