Bluegreen Vacations Fountains, an Ascend Collection Resort

It's a fun hotel with activity staff who care. We enjoyed the arcade and Starbucks. My family was greeted by friendly staff right away. The pools are pristine. It's nice to have a balcony and a soaker tub in our suite. Centrally located and perfect for commuting to sports or other events at the convention center. We enjoy this hotel often.

The hotel was nice. The rooms were clean. The pools were very nice and well kept there was pretty much everything you needed on the resort but be prepared because they will try to sell you on the timeshare. After looking into everything and how much their hotel rates cost weekly the timeshare is absolutely not worth it because your maintenance fees are more expensive than you will pay for one week’s vacation if you just booked direct. Do not get caught up in it. They are a good salesman but whatever you do it’s a bad investment. I looked into everything. They offered me the RCI the Hilton honors points. None of it is worth it.|The hotel was Century located. We enjoyed Disney World while we were on our trip.

We have been coming here for 11 years. We always do the tour to get cheap tickets to parks. They are so expensive 🫰! Today we had a tour for 8:30! We arrived early. Waited 45 min and then was told they had no one to give us the tour. They wanted to book us for another day. Unfortunately we made our trip around this tour date. I asked to speak to a manager in real estate. They gave us the assistance manager..... We got met with very poor customer service. When I say poor, I mean she treated me less than human. They said they would put 50$ on our room. We had 150$ gift card and 4 universal tickets for discounted price taken away because they didn't have enough staff.... But if we didn't show up, they would have charged us. They couldn't see the reasoning behind us being upset. We talked to t

Resort was about average as far as resorts go in Orlando. Not bad but not spectacular; hence, the 3 out of 5 ranking. It was clean and comfortable. The 2 bedroom suite was a reasonable size, but not large like at some resorts. Two of the pools were warm enough to swim in during December, but the 3rd pool was cold. We decided to sit for a sales presentation which was fine since we had time on this vacation, but plan to spend about 3 hours from the time you are supposed to arrive (20 minutes before your scheduled time) until you finally leave. We did not end up buying in but still enjoyed the information and the gift card.

We have been club owners for about a decade and I’m always so impressed by the resort. We don’t stay as often as we’d like to anymore, but we used to come three times a year and every stay was so warm and welcoming. The front desk staff is friendly and quick to get you checked in and headed to your own condo. The condo’s are always clean and very comfortable, it’s large enough for us and our kids to stay and have our own privacy. There’s multiple pools on property which is very needed when you just want to relax and not head out to theme parks for the day.
