Bluegreen SeaGlass Tower

Beware! There was NO CONCERN at Seaglass Towers this weekend when we had water streaming into the living room of our accomodation (filling 2-10lb buckets of water every few hours). We were told this was normal for the resort every time they experience high winds and rain. This was not a hurricane, just a storm. We could not be accommodated to another room (not bc they were full capacity) but bc every room would have the same leaking problem. It was clear many seals are broken and proper maintenance is not being cared for at this resort. Which also raises more concern of mold in this hotel if you stay. We had so much water coming in (on to electrical outlets). Electrical shock if you have small children should be a concern, in addition to the unclean mold conditions that they may try to cov

Very nice resort! Hands down the best view I've ever had from inside my room. The room was clean, well stocked, and had an endless coffee bar in the lobby that we took advantage of. The staff is all pleasant, and it has a really nice indoor pool and hot tub. We will definitely visit again!

This weekend started out rough but the WHOLE staff housekeepers, supervisors, front desk staff, and bluegreen staff that coordinate the presentation meetings (Brianna and Tiffany aka Jennifer) worked so hard to make things right that the Bluegreen Preview center got wrong. Our rooms was really nice and comfortable. The downside was only one elevator worked and the staff the hotel was so understanding and apologetic unlike the staff at the preview center couldn't understand that my sister in-law was stuck on the elevator and running late. In which the hotel did make them aware of the situation. But I love you guys at the SeaGlass Tower hope to see you all again soon❣️🫂

0 Stars!!! The marketing department will lie to you and then tell another to cover that lie and then tell a third lie to cover the first two. Since Hilton bought Bluegreen customer service has ceased to exist. In writing, an owner is entitled to an update per unit. If two people staying in the same unit but have two separate contracts then each individual can do an update individually. If two people in the same unit are on the same contract then both parties are required to attend together. I was the only occupant in my unit. My son stayed at two other resorts during the time I vacationed. When I showed up to my update on 2/4/26, I was told I could not attend. I was told my co-owner could not attend an update in the same region on the same day as me, which is not under the eligibility re
