Blue Wave Inn

We booked a room at Blue Wave for a short stay during a fishing trip. Great place to stay and I will definitely be back. The rooms were clean and had all the essentials. The pool was great after a long day fishing. They have really nice barbecue pits in front of the hotel. And the location was great. Everybody I dealt with at the hotel was awesome, friendly, and helpful

Great Location and Very Comfortable. Comfortable beds. Very clean and recently renovated rooms. You can tell the owner puts a lot of love into this location. Moen faucets in the bathroom. Bright LED lights around the property including the parking lot. We will stay here again.

Excellent Service and Wonderful Staff! Our stay was absolutely fantastic thanks to the amazing hotel staff. Makyla was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Matt was welcoming and efficient, Mercedes kept everything spotless, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. It’s clear that the staff truly care about their guests. We will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to others!

I stayed here for 2 months and everything was excellent. Clean and well-maintained room, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next work trip.

For our 35th anniversary we decided to check out Rockport. I booked a king suite because I wasn't sure if the hot tub outside would be working and the suite has one inside. The hot tub in the room was broken, jets don't work, so I was just going to take a hot bath. No hot water. I went to the front desk and spoke to the guy about it and needless to say he couldn't do anything. I couldn't even take a shower. Went to get ice, ice machine is out of order. My husband was going to sit by the pool but the gate was locked. Still no hot water the next morning & I was going to talk to someone at the front desk when we left but the door was locked and the number on the door goes to voicemail. The room does have a good view of the water but I feel like this was a waste of money.
