Blue Water Inn

Rooms are ao decrepit, moldy, dirty and smell terrible. Floors are not leveled, can't believe this place paces inspection.. Seems like it's sinking.. Service wasn't bad from one young lady who tried her best to help. But no towels, toilet paper and to light in the room that didn't work was almost impossible to over come. But she brought lamps and everything else as quickly as possible. But she shouldn't have been put in that situation. Cleaning staff clearly doesn't do anything!!!!!

We booked this hotel but ended up leaving about two hours into our stay because it was completely uninhabitable.||The smell was unbearable. There was a strong odor of cat urine throughout the building and in our room. It was so overwhelming we couldn’t stand to stay any longer.||No hot water. The shower was ice cold with no hot water at all.||No accessible outlets. I use a CPAP machine for sleep, but there were no outlets anywhere near the head of the bed or even on the same wall. The only outlet I could find was six feet up on an opposite wall, making it impossible to plug in my medical device safely or conveniently.||Serious maintenance issues. The air-conditioning filter was full of mold, and the bedframe itself was broken and unstable.||Not ADA compliant. There are no elevators in the

We stayed 2 nights for 266 dollars. That’s a steal for being so centrally located. Room included microwave, fridge and TV. Working box air conditioner. Room was clean, no bugs. Staff was very kind and helpful. Parking pass was provided. The pool was great and was empty when we went. The owners also own the cove. That’s why they share the pool. It’s in the parking lot. Stay here if you are expecting a budget friendly hotel and aren’t high maintenance.

Leaving a 1-star review because zero was not an option. Booked our stay months ago. A few days ago I received a text message advising me I would receive a pass code by text to enter the hotel. Sat outside the hotel for 30 min past our check in time - no pass code. No one at hotel answering phone, texts or emails. 2 other "guests" waiting outside with us in same boat. Looked on line and discovered the owner of Blue Water owns 3 other hotels in the area; learned from staff at another hotel that Blue Water is "closed" and our reservation was transferred to a different hotel 5 blocks away. Blue Water kept sending us messages asking us how our stay was but never answered our messages and never sent us a passcode or a note that they transferred our reservation. To say they have terrible

I was reading other reviews and honestly it wasn't awful. Our room was very clean, looks like it was just painted, air conditioner was new, sheets were comfortable. It was a comfortable stay for one night, albeit tight. The room was small, but what do you expect from a 2 star hotel. Steps from the beach and we had a gorgeous beach day 😎 ⛱️
