Blue Sky Motel

I stayed her little over a year and was worst place I ever stayed at. They had bed bugs and roaches. Had people smoking dope in the rooms you could smell from outside the door. Wifi was shitty. The owner doesn't even want to be there. The rooms had mold. No maintenance. Pool there covered up and dirty just for looks. Floors in some rooms falling in and ceiling leak and falling down.

They didn’t work with u always with rent. Bugs were bad in the room. The wife sucks. It isn’t a clean motel. They are nice. The owners to a certain degree

After a 9 month stay in their "nicest" room, and after fixing the porch by myself with my own materials, I'm now having the owners attempt to swindle me out of my security deposit for 310 dollars. He's even going as far as saying I violated the lease by "smoking IN the property." The lease states not to smoke "IN" the property, says nothing of the word "ON." I then took pictures of the cigarette bins and buckets lined uo outside many of the rooms. Even the nice cleaning lady had to correct him on words he put in her mouth, and she was quick to tell him, "I didn't say that." This was as he was trying to accuse me of causing damages that I had never made. Unfortunately he'll soon learn of laws in PA that allow a tenant to sue for twice the differences in the damages and security deposi

This location has a severe bed bug infestation. Please do not be fooled by OUTDATED good reviews. This was the biggest mistake of my life, the property is aware of the infestation & hides it. My body is covered in disgusting bites and welts from being bitten over 100 times in one night by bed bugs. I hate this experience, I hate this property, I hate Ankur, I hate that my life is upturned by this disgusting manager and his filthy property. Please save yourself and learn from my mistake and never stay here. The manager also refuses to give refunds, apologize, or acknowledge his wrong doings.

Rooms are adequate and clean but felt like we were in the 70's. Things are a bit run down and not everything in perfect working order but for the price it's fine. A little out of town, which is nice, in apple country. Nice little deck out the back door but the deck and it's furniture needs cleaned up and painted. The owner is very nice however, but did not give us any return when we had to leave a day early due to illness.
