Blue Ridge Travel Park

I stayed here for three months during the transition from my move from Tennessee. The hosts are a very lovely young couple. I was very pleased with the safety and tranquility of the park. Being a female staying there alone most of the time, safety was my main concern. I was very thankful to have this place as my home base in Hendo for a few months.

We only stopped here for one night but wanted to give some feedback for others looking at this location:||Positive: Park is under new ownership and they seem to be trying hard to improve area. Sites had all types of power available (15, 30 and 50 amp), Site we were in was level and had sewer dump at site. Residents at the park are very friendly and welcome us as newcomers. It is also very convenient to alot of amenities and activities in area. Firewood is available and they also have a propane fill station. Sites are also nicely wooded which cuts down on noise from Hwy 54.||Negatives: There is no park map and we eventually found the bathroom, playroom and shower. Was also surprised that there was no fire ring or picnic table at the site. Also the man that checked us in at 6 PM seem

Owners are understanding and fair. Just good people. Very quiet and peaceful here. In this area no place better. Doing and working very hard damage after storm. You won't be disappointed with your stay here. Have several private sites away from everyone. Nice sites to choose from. Owners very helpful. Stay once....your hooked. 😊

I have been traveling for 22 years and spent many nights in RV parks. This park is one of my favorites. It is very quiet and peaceful scenery. It is very close to Grandad's Apple Orchard which is a popular attraction with children and couples alike. The owner's are very nice and willing to help. I look forward to staying here in the future. There was a delay on the review as it has been a few years since I was at the property and still felt strongly about this property and ownership being superior.

Enjoyed the rustic feel of this park, set back away from the road so it's quiet, under a canopy of trees in pretty fall colors, and yet only a few minutes to apple orchards and Hendersonville. Good wide space and a nice concrete patio. We enjoyed our five nights and will stay here again when we're in the area.
