What can we say. Very disappointed. Room looks rough. But clean. Ceiling very rough. Tiny kitchen is ok appliances in good shape, beds got both of us looking for a chiropractor. Looks like newer toilet. Pool was close whole week for no reason. Who closes a pool with 85 temps. Patio had 2 chairs no table and should he painted. Good thing is ac works but if you need heat your out of luck as its a unit that you buy at Walmart.Tv channels suck use ruka. There is no one at front desk on weekends. Pretty much self service. If I knew about the pool we would never had book room here. Its No surpise will never be back.By the looks of things its doesn't matter.

Very accommodating, we arrived late and had an issue with our room. They immediately put us in a different room with no issues. Amazing view, and kind people. Thanks for a great vacation.

The hotel was clean except for sand on the floor and in the carpet. The beds weren’t the most comfortable either. But overall we were happy with our room. We had a great view of the beach. The air conditioning worked great ! It’s located in a good place , easy to get to everything. We noticed a lot of guests had pets , but we didn’t hear anything or smell anything. I think we got a good deal for our money. We booked directly through Blue Palmetto .

The worst experience we ever expected for our 45th anniversary! Our reservation was made on 5-9-25 thru Expedia, when we arrived on 5-23-25 & with copied reservation in hand, were told there were no rooms available. Then, out of the blue, they have 1 room on the 5th floor. Our phone reservation had requested first or second floor, due to fear of heights & scoliosis, as well as, a king size bed. As we walked into the building, it was dirty & smelt like smoke, when stated: "non-smoking". When we entered the room, there was a pile of hair that was swept in a ball, laying on the floor behind the trashcan in the kitchenette area, due to no dustpan. The bathroom had hair on the floor & tub area. There were no wash clothes, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 trash bag & 1 roll of paper towels. We had to

So...we checked in. The bathroom floor was sandy. We were able to get in with the code the first time. We couldn't get in after that. We called the condo number and it nobly took maintenance 10 minutes to come. He did not bring a key. He went to locate a key. While he was gone, we finally got in. The saving grace was that he was able to move us to another room. I will never stay here again. (Police were chasing a suspect.) But I do commend the maintenance man with a great work ethic. He was up earlier than I was working on the pool.
