Blu Atlantic Oceanfront Hotel & Suites

Second time coming here in 2 months. Room was clean, bedding smelled fresh and room smelled good as well. Housekeeping ladies are super sweet, front desk lady was very nice & helpful. This hotel was very clean/updated and overall great.

I had a wonderful stay at Blu Atlantic and wanted to highlight how fantastic Tonja was throughout our visit. She was incredibly friendly and made the check-in process fast and stress-free. Anytime we needed something, she responded without hesitation and even went above and beyond to get our ice packs refrozen so we could transport them home. Her service truly stood out. The hotel itself is in a perfect location with direct beach access right off the property. The pool area was clean, well maintained, and had a good number of lounge chairs available. Our room was spotless, with excellent water pressure in the shower, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, making for a great night’s rest. Great spot! We had a king partial Ocean View. We walked in and the place smelled clean and the air conditioning was cold which was great because it was 100° outside. The front staff and the room cleaners were very nice and helpful! There is decent sized fridge with a small freezer and a microwave. The shower put out great pressure and warm water. Yes they charged the deposit, I don't have a problem with that I will get it back. Not five star luxury but for a beach trip it was five star perfect for location! Picture from room 504. Recommend water shoes for the beach as there are lots and lots of shell fragments and the sand was very hot to the bottom of your feet.

Positive: Clean, friendly staff and great location Negative: Oven didn't work well. Wish it was stocked with few more kitchen items. Pizza pan. Silverware.

This property is pretty old, the rooms are updated for an exterior property. We booked an ocean front view and was given a rooms, with a patio over looking the pool. We could literally walk out the patio and be in the pool. Very uncomfortable 😕 sitting on the patio and guess would also feel uncomfortable. When we checked in and was told our rooms was on the first floor, we asked for another room. The clerk didn't even try to reassigned the room, having rooms available 😳( checked online and saw the still had ocean front rooms available. The TV didn't work, called the front desk they sent someone down, with a special remote ...fix the TV we turned it off and same problem the next day. I'm sure it will be the same issue for the next guess.
