Blackstone Lodge and Suites

I live in Lead and worked until 230am only to realize I accidentally locked myself out of my house haha Sheesh. It was below 0°F degrees and I had to come here to hopefully get some sleep. The staff were beyond helpful and nice. Thank goodness they had a room available. My room was so peaceful and the bed was very comfortable. Shower was nice! I thanked the staff for all their help and understanding. Thank you!! 😊 I slept great!!

I was charged twice back in August. This is now no ermber and it is still unresolved. I have called and emailed numerous times. No reply from the manager. I was told numerous times the manager is the only one who can help me and the only way to contact her is through email. I verity’s email numerous times as well. I also messaged the hotel through Facebook messenger. They owe me almost $1000!!!!

Positive: Location was convenient. Negative: The hotel room was very dirty. The air conditioner had visible mold and dirt build up. The floors had not been vacuumed. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The free breakfast was terrible. Biscuits and sausage gravy was too salty to eat.

Very good stay. I had come out with some friends and had a clean room, beds were made nicely and ready for us along with very good service, it may not have been immediate but the service was great. The people working were very nice and helped with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting, I live by rapid and enjoyed the weekend stay.

The continental breakfast was great, there is a lack of water though, the sink is the only place to get water. Also a bit disappointed about the lack of waterpark as shown on google. The hot tubs were a bit stinky but overall very fun. Great experience. And Jothi was a great help and very friendly.
