Clean pit toilet, dog friendly area for daily picnic and camping. Free day use with Ameripass. Swimming, fishing, boating. Running water.
Although I’ve never camped here, we just visit to swim and paddle board on Blackpine Lake. The area is clean and maintained. It’s remote and accessed by a forest service road that can be washboard in places. Most vehicles should make it just fine. It’s a beautiful drive.
Absolutely loved it quiet, peaceful!!! 2 other people in the entire campground, including tent camping only and host!!! Spent 2 days there kayaking!!! Will go back!!! First come first serve!!!😲🤣😈
Gorgeous scenery, quiet lake with great water. Didn't swim since the weather didn't cooperate but I would've in a heartbeat. Buddy caught 3 cutthroat trout from the dock.
Beautiful place! Very narrow road going up. Be cautious for on coming traffic because there is not much room to get over in spots. I would not recommend bringing a large travel trailer up. Gorgeous spot and worth the drive.
