Barry is the best very nice and friendly guy and if you need anything that he can help with he's there with advice and always willing to be able to help if he can he has been s great manager and Dave is great maintenance supervisor Barry is a great guy and very friendly

L great job Barry the place looks amazing and club house and pool a plus the ph is right were it should be you really have improved on everything just would like some night lights but the speed bumps are working and all the new tenants are very nice thank you for choosing good people to rent and Eddie doing well keeping lawn cut and weed wacked 👍👍👍👍👍👍

I live here Barry is a great manager park is clean and we have parties from time to time. We are down the road from the police department, library and a recreational center that can be rented. Better times hosts a lot of holiday parties you just bring a dish to pass with people from all over the states it's always a treat to see what people make and bring.

This park is well-maintained. The community center and the pool are excellent and the rates are very reasonable.
