Best Western Prescottonian

First the good, the staff, Awesome!! Very helpful and courteous, the breakfast food was good, plenty of choices. Again the staff in the breakfast room awesome.|Now the bad..|We had an unwanted guest in our room we found in the first 5 minutes (see pic) we decided to let him have it. |Reported matter to front desk. The put us in a new room without pause. The new room had an air conditioner that wasn't functioning as it should but was sufficient. The fridge made grinding noises so loud I finally unplugged it. The carpet needed re stretched as it had multiple ripples. A possible trip hazard for older guests. Wife didn't really sleep as she was still freaked out about the monster in the other room. It was too late and everything was sold out due to the art festival. We paid way to much for th

It was ok till night we thought. We're having a hot water tank issue so we had to stay a couple nights there and location was ideal for work. 1st night guy next door kept pacing down walkway, talking on phone, late. 2nd night his dog started howling and woke us all up from sleep and I mean like 1a. I tried to dial front desk from room, but no dial tone. Thats the only time we needed the room phone so I was unaware of it not working. I walked to lobby and it was locked up with a sign hanging saying no vacancy and a number to call. Front desk agent wasn't at desk. I waited awhile and nothing, I walked back to room and called the number on sign by cell. It took 4 times calling for him to answer. Like wth, what happened to guest services, wasn't impressed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Western Prescott – Fine for a Quick Stay We stayed here overnight for an event, not for a vacation. This hotel is perfectly suitable for a one-night stay. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable enough, and while it’s an older property, it’s well-maintained and tidy. The exterior looks more like a two-star motel, but the inside is nicer than expected. The free breakfast was disappointing — the coffee, eggs and sausage wasn’t great. The cereal was probably the safest option. Overall, it’s a decent place if you just need a clean, convenient stop for the night while passing through town.

Positive: The room was very nice and large enough for our big family, and the breakfast provided was well above expectations. Negative: The pillows are horribly uncomfortable and made for an extremely difficult time sleeping for our entire family. It was to the point that we have come to the decision that we will figure out a way to bring our own pillows from now on.

Good location, nice place. Rooms in okayish condition. The shower has only hot water, literally burnt my back while i was adjusting water temps for bath. View is good, parking is huge.
