Best Western Ponderosa Lodge

My husband and I love to run away to Sisters and stay here. Never disappointed. The rooms are amazing and cozy, we love watching nature right from the patio door. This past trip we had deer right outside the door. Hands down the best customer service, Neil made our day checking us in, making sure are stay was great!

Positive: Clean! Looked newly built, well taken care of. Price for accommodations was awesome! Negative: Breakfast options could be expanded a bit more.

We absolutely love staying at the Ponderosa Lodge in Sisters. It's our home away from home! The beautiful green grass, mountain view, Alpaca's and fantastic suites make it the best place to stay in the entire state. Can't wait to return!

This property is one of my preferred destinations for accommodations. The suites are exceptionally spacious and well-appointed, with the upstairs suites featuring vaulted ceilings that create a warm, residential feel. The jetted tubs are among the finest I’ve encountered in any room, offering a luxurious experience. The breakfast service is outstanding, with a wide selection of hot options—especially the waffles, which are exceptional. Adding to the charm, the property is home to alpacas with plenty of personality, and it’s not uncommon to see deer near the breakfast area in the early morning, creating a truly unique and memorable atmosphere.

Me and my husband had a trip planned to the hotel above for Valentines weekend which was booked thru Priceline. Now the website stated non- refundable. We were to head out on Thurs the 12th. So the night before my almost 80yr old mother ended up in the ER for 4 hours and diagnosed with Influenza A and acute bronchitis to which they said she needed to watched. Thurs morning I called the hotel and explained what happened and that we wouldn't be able to make it and the reason why hoping for a possible refund due to family emergency. I figured they would of at least reimbursed Friday and kept Thursdays. They straight up denied. At this point we will never stay at that Hotel if we decide to go to Sisters and we will never stay at any Best Western. Very disappointed.
